palace of solitude

Made as a part of my masters coursework, the environment was inspired by a blend of North Indian history and mythologies. Through this project, my goal was to learn real-time workflows and procedural material creation. I worked on all aspects of the scene (including concepts) over a course of 5 weeks, except for some of the vegetation and FX which I got from the Epic marketplace. For this project, I used zBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, Substance Designer and Unreal Engine.
